How to Use This Script
- Rate your craving or emotional intensity (0–10) before starting
- Tap gently on each point while repeating the phrases
- Repeat the sequence 2–3 times, adjusting wording as needed
- Re-rate intensity after each round

- Under Nose: I acknowledge these feelings
- Chin: I allow myself to feel without escaping

ROUND 4: Identity & Empowerment
- Eyebrow: I am becoming someone in control
- Side of Eye: I respect my body and mind
- Under Eye: I choose strength over escape
- Under Nose: I perform better without alcohol
