How to Use This Script
- Rate your craving or emotional intensity (0–10) before starting
- Tap gently on each point (5–7 taps) while repeating the phrases
- Speak out loud if possible
- Repeat 2–3 rounds, adjusting wording to fit your experience
- Re-rate intensity after each round

ROUND 2: Exploring Emotional Drivers
- Eyebrow: What am I really feeling right now?
- Side of Eye: Maybe stress or pressure
- Under Eye: Maybe boredom or discomfort
- Under Nose: Maybe something I don’t want to face
- Chin: I acknowledge these feelings
- Collarbone: I allow myself to feel without escaping
- Under Arm: I am safe in this moment
- Top of Head: I can handle this
ROUND 3: Releasing the Need
- Eyebrow: I am ready to release this urge
- Side of Eye: I don’t need cannabis right now
- Under Eye: I choose clarity
- Under Nose: I choose presence
- Chin: I let this craving pass
- Collarbone: I am stronger than this habit
- Under Arm: I trust myself
- Top of Head: I am in control
ROUND 4: Identity & Empowerment
- Eyebrow: I am becoming clear-minded and focused
- Side of Eye: I respect my mind and my future
- Under Eye: I choose strength over escape
- Under Nose: I perform better with clarity
- Chin: I am disciplined and capable
- Collarbone: I am building a better life
- Under Arm: I am proud of this moment
